Assigned duties will include inspections of the treatment facility, monitoring of the plant using SCADA, generating trends and reports from SCADA for analysis, inspection of the remote sites, sample collection, on-site laboratory testing, data collection, data analysis, generator inspections, generator testing, and all other duties necessary in the operation of the facility. The lead will evaluate laboratory tests and make necessary plant adjustments to maintain optimal treatment. The lead will ensure all required reporting, testing, maintenance, and inspections of the facilities required by the operating permit. The position requires the use of computers for the purpose of record keeping, data entry, report writing, training staff, and developing and implementing plant operations SOPs. The lead will also be required to provide feedback for staff evaluations. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, example; lubrication, oil changes, pump installation, and/or repairs.
