**Propulsion Systems** is recruiting for a **Boiler Operator** to join its team at the **Bacchus (Magna), Utah** facility.
**Duties:**
- Responsible to monitor and operate day-to-day activities of several high-pressure steam boilers, hot water boilers, water pump stations, water towers, water storage tanks, plant water systems, plant compressed air systems, and building process / environmental monitoring.
- Performs daily logbook / check sheet entries, water/chemical samples of boilers, equipment status checks.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs including preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Performs Housekeeping and 5S at all facilities maintained and monitored by powerhouse personnel, including restrooms, vehicles, and surrounding areas.
**Basic Requirements:**
- High School diploma and 4 years of boiler operator work experience, or comparable equipment maintenance repair experience.
- Must be a self-starter, with basic math and reading skills and good verbal and written communication.
- Physically able to work in industrial environment, which includes climbing ladders and stairs, opening and closing valves, lifting-up to 50 lbs., able to tolerate hot and cold environments to include working outside.
- Must be able to perform shift work, including weekends and holidays (support 24-7 operation), and work overtime as required.
- Knowledge and experience with high pressure steam boilers, hydronic systems, compressed air systems, water pumps and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Minimum of 12 months direct experience performing maintenance responsibilities including annual boiler tear downs and associated preventative maintenance tasks.
- Minimum of 12 months direct experience performing minor maintenance tasks such as minor leak repairs, sight glass replacements, filter replacements, auto condensate drain repairs/replacement and adding oil to air compressors.
- Ability to assisting other crafts with maintenance repairs.
- Completion of GCAP Boiler Level 1 Certifications, or equivalent within six months of hire date.
- Knowledge of industrial machines, mechanical / electronic devices, and basic computer skills.
- Strongly prefer post-high school education in a maintenance craft.

Control Room Operator
The Control Room Operator position will be responsible for all production, blending, loading, and unloading of all plant chemicals. Plantoperator will need to understand and operate all plant processes and procedures while keeping a safe and clean working environment.
Job Summary
The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing chemical manufacturing processes using distributed control systems (DCS) and related automation platforms. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant plantoperations while coordinating closely with field operators, engineering, and maintenance teams. While the position is primarily based in the control room, regular hands-on involvement in plantoperations is expected, including time spent in process areas while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Candidates may qualify through prior control room/industrial operations experience or through a chemistry-based background with applicable process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control chemical production processes using DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems
Interpret process data, alarms, and trends to maintain stable and safe operations
Adjust process parameters to meet production, quality, and safety targets
Communicate with field operators to coordinate start-ups, shutdowns, and routine operations
Perform field rounds, equipment inspections, sampling, and operational tasks as needed
Respond to process upsets, alarms, and emergency situations according to plant procedures
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, PSM, etc.)
Complete accurate logs, reports, and shift handovers
Support troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in training, safety meetings, and process reviews
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One of the following:
Previous experience as a Control Room Operator, Process Operator, or similar role in a chemical, petrochemical, refining, or manufacturing environment
OR
Associate or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field with strong understanding of chemical processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating DCS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, Siemens)
Knowledge of chemical reaction processes, distillation, blending, or batch operations
Understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and operating procedures

SCOPE OF POSITION
The successful Assistant Field Operator will be a quick study, able to learn the steps for each activity to provide the Field Operator and Field Engineer with any help they might require; and in time, doing so instinctively. Equipment Operation

Become trained, company-certified and competent to operate numerous types of drilling equipment and other pieces of equipment within our extensive fleet.
Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of equipment in hard-to-access environments.
Perform routine maintenance on various pieces of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Contribute to and respect ConeTecs safety culture, first and foremost.
Ensure knowledge of all necessary safe operating procedures before beginning any job.

Control Room Operator
The Control Room Operator position will be responsible for all production, blending, loading, and unloading of all plant chemicals. Plantoperator will need to understand and operate all plant processes and procedures while keeping a safe and clean working environment.
Job Summary
The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing chemical manufacturing processes using distributed control systems (DCS) and related automation platforms. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant plantoperations while coordinating closely with field operators, engineering, and maintenance teams. While the position is primarily based in the control room, regular hands-on involvement in plantoperations is expected, including time spent in process areas while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Candidates may qualify through prior control room/industrial operations experience or through a chemistry-based background with applicable process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control chemical production processes using DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems
* Interpret process data, alarms, and trends to maintain stable and safe operations
* Adjust process parameters to meet production, quality, and safety targets
* Communicate with field operators to coordinate start-ups, shutdowns, and routine operations
* Perform field rounds, equipment inspections, sampling, and operational tasks as needed
* Respond to process upsets, alarms, and emergency situations according to plant procedures
* Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, PSM, etc.)
* Complete accurate logs, reports, and shift handovers
* Support troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* One of the following:
* Previous experience as a Control Room Operator, Process Operator, or similar role in a chemical, petrochemical, refining, or manufacturing environment
OR
* Associate or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field with strong understanding of chemical processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience operating DCS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, Siemens)
* Knowledge of chemical reaction processes, distillation, blending, or batch operations
* Understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and operating procedures
