    Job DescriptionDescription: AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Waste Treatment Operator has the responsibility of operating the waste treatment system under routine conditions. Essential Job Function: Operate all waste treatment equipment. Complete quality checks Perform preventative maintenance and make minor repairs. Report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to supervisor. Wear personal protective equipment required by the job. Monitor effluent by sampling. Keep accurate records of daily incoming water consumption. Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly work area. Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately. Perform additional ad hoc projects as assigned Work overtime as assigned Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Requirements: Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience: High school education or equivalent. Ability to work with process chemicals. Beginner to Intermediate mechanical aptitude. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Preferred Additional Skills: Physical Requirements: Ability to stand 8-12 hours Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to walk on uneven surfaces Ability to climb up and down stairs Use of gross and fine motor skills Compensation/Benefits: California Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour USD | DOE The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
