The Particle Process Operator will safely operate a variety of processing equipment in preparing liquid or solid chemicals. The number one priority of the PPO is to create and continuously monitor a safe work environment for themselves and everyone. Operators prepare, monitor, and clean equipment used to mill, grade, mix, filter, and process chemicals. They utilize analytical instrumentation to measure product quality throughout the manufacturing process and use their in-depth knowledge to follow a detailed process control plan to safely produce quality products that meet specifications.
