What will be expected of you:
Greet and serve members and guests of the Club, assisting and providing exceptional service.
Take carts to the staging area, making sure carts are available throughout the day.
Ensure that all dirty carts are washed, dried, and restocked.
Keep the cart barn and surrounding area clean and orderly.
Keep an adequate supply of practice balls at the practice range and chipping greens.
Keep the practice range, chipping green, and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
Pick up & clean all balls from the range and chip greens at the end of the day.
Dispenses range balls by club policies.
Store and clean golf clubs for the members and guests.
Load and unload golf bags on carts for tournaments.
Provide identification name labels for members' clubs.
Upon request, deliver golf bags to the starter house, front door, and member's cars.
Maintain neat and orderly appearance of the bag room.
Write information onto repair tags for club fitting and repair.
Relay phone messages for members.
Clean rental sets and return to the golf shop.
Inform cart barn staff about disabled carts.
Hours are between 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and 1:00 pm - Close.

Job Description
Summary/Objective:
The Plant Operator oversees and ensures the efficient and productive operations of the assigned Concrete Batch Plant. The Plant Operator may float from plant to plant if not assigned to a specific location.
Essential Functions:
Assume all responsibilities of the Yard Operator in their absence.
Oversee all plant operations and coordinate and monitor daily workload throughout the plant, in addition to monitoring plant cleanliness.
Oversee all drivers, operators, and other personnel at the plant. Respond in a timely manner to all employee concerns and/or complaints and escalate concerns and disciplinary action to the Area Production Manager as necessary.
Coordinate scheduling with Dispatch and monitor driver activity to ensure customer needs are being met in an efficient manner.
Respond to all complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain adequate levels of all supplies and products (i.e., fuel, cement, admixtures, fiber mesh, etc.) and maintain accurate and current reports as required.
Ensure that the concrete plant and related equipment are operating properly at all times by inspecting the plant for greasing, checking oil fluid levels, adding grease and oil as required, and keeping plant and equipment clean and free of excess material.
Maintain proper levels of aggregates and admixtures, including keeping the hoppers full of aggregates. Notify the Area Production Manager of impending shortages in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and all company environmental regulations and notify personnel immediately of any potential problems.
Take samples and perform tests as necessary and complete required documentation/reports. Inform Technical Services of any quality problems that need resolving.
Keep equipment and plant site clean at all times by washing the outside of the plant and equipment whenever necessary, maintaining plant grounding, picking up trash and other items from grounds, and making sure that all equipment is in its proper place.
Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
Perform all pre and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports.
Follow all environmental regulations and clean up any excess material that could cause environmental problems.
Perform miscellaneous duties and outside labor as requested, which may include, but not limited to, cleaning up around the plant, sweeping, shoveling, moving wheelbarrows, picking up equipment or supplies.
Non-Essential Functions:
Assist with the clean-up of concrete and material spills.
Fill in for colleagues (at other locations) as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Work Environment:
Work time will be split between indoors/office and outdoors/field
Exposure to dust and fumes/offensive smells.
Exposure to chemicals such as concrete, chemical admixtures, truck cleaner, grease and oil.
Close proximity to moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands:
Lift a maximum weight of 50 lbs., repetitively lift 50 lbs., carry approximately 50 lbs., push/pull approximately 50 lbs., and pinch/grip approximately 25 lbs.

Sit 4 hours per day, walk 3 hours per day, stand 2 hours per day, and climb or kneel the other 1 hour per day.

Experience:

General Job Information This position is located in the Facility Management Division of the Department of General Services (DGS). The Facility Management Division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of single and multiple fuel fired water and/or fire tube boilers and associated auxiliary equipment. The Division functions to ensure that boilers are safe and operating effectively and to ensure the effective and efficient operation of installed heating, hot water, air conditioning, and ventilating systems within designated facilities.
This position is considered essential within the Facility Management Division and is responsible on a 24- hour basis for the safe, effective, economical, and efficient operation of installed heating, hot water, air conditioning, ventilating and electrical systems in schools and facilities. Position performs or directs the performance of periodic maintenance on the systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent supervises and assists lower-level staff, focusing primarily on facility maintenance and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding low-pressure boiler plant operations. The supervisor ensures strict adherence to local regulations (D.C. Municipal Regulation 17, Health, and Fire Department rules) and unit policies. A key responsibility is ensuring all preventive maintenance is conducted according to division guidance, which includes routine tasks such as periodic oiling, greasing, repacking bearings, tightening connections, and calibrating utilities. The role involves directing staff in both routine and complex system maintenance, tracking inventory, ordering necessary tools, equipment, and fuel, and preparing work orders for any major repairs that are beyond the team's scope. Maintaining a working-level inventory of parts and ensuring their security is also a critical duty.
In addition to technical oversight, the position requires significant administrative and personnel management skills. The supervisor is responsible for creating all employee work schedules-Covering daily operations, weekends, and emergencies-As well as managing timekeeping, tracking leave, and processing overtime requests. Performance management is a vital part of the role, encompassing the preparation of efficiency reports, recommending personnel for promotions or disciplinary actions, facilitating training opportunities for license advancement, and addressing initial employee grievances. The Lead Plant Operator has responsibility for all critical equipment operators at Fort Detrick Energy Production Facility. This individual oversees boiler, chiller, and conditioned emergency power systems operation under the direction of the Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager. The Lead Plant Operator also oversees the day-to-day task list of facility operations, maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.in Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD.
The essential functions of the position include:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all facility equipment to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and performance standards.
Oversees all subcontractors and facility personnel involved in equipment operation and maintenance.
Monitor and adjust plant equipment performance, taking corrective actions as needed to optimize energy efficiency.
Operate plant control systems, HMI devices and perform electrical switching operations, including racking out circuit breakers..
Work a rotating shift (Dupont Schedule) that includes 12-hour shifts on both days and nights.
Provide on-call after-hours support.

Prepare and apply Lockout/Tagout of all facility equipment when required.

Wear a respirator, Fall Protection, and other PPE when conditions require
Obtain and maintain licensing for plant owned or rented MHE equipment.
Use appropriate PPE at all times
Maintain a clean and orderly work area (requiring cleaning of non-office areas and maintaining the cleanliness of the Control Room)
Orders/purchases materials and supplies as required
Maintain preventative and repair work records and logs in the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (including processing inventory transactions for work orders via the CMMS)

Job Overview:
The Back Plant Operator is responsible for Dischargers (bottom ash/stoker) or APC (Air Pollution Control equipment). General tasks would include routine checks of equipment, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting Plant operations under the direction of the supervisor or control room.

We are seeking construction laborers with lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and other support of excavation experience. Tasks will involve physical labor at construction sites to assist with these operations. The primary skills required include hand digging and backfilling for installation of lagging or underpinning. Other typical laborer activities associated with the support of excavation include but are not limited to mixing grout, tieback fabrication, drilling assistance, digging trenches, cleaning up debris, and other duties. All these activities may require the use of power and air tools, as necessary.

Essential Functions:
Assume all responsibilities of the Yard Operator in their absence.
Oversee all plant operations and coordinate and monitor daily workload throughout the plant, in addition to monitoring plant cleanliness.
Oversee all drivers, operators, and other personnel at the plant. Respond in a timely manner to all employee concerns and/or complaints and escalate concerns and disciplinary action to the Area Production Manager as necessary.
Coordinate scheduling with Dispatch and monitor driver activity to ensure customer needs are being met in an efficient manner.
Respond to all complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain adequate levels of all supplies and products (i.e., fuel, cement, admixtures, fiber mesh, etc.) and maintain accurate and current reports as required.
Ensure that the concrete plant and related equipment are operating properly at all times by inspecting the plant for greasing, checking oil fluid levels, adding grease and oil as required, and keeping plant and equipment clean and free of excess material.
Maintain proper levels of aggregates and admixtures, including keeping the hoppers full of aggregates. Notify the Area Production Manager of impending shortages in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and all company environmental regulations and notify personnel immediately of any potential problems.
Take samples and perform tests as necessary and complete required documentation/reports. Inform Technical Services of any quality problems that need resolving.
Keep equipment and plant site clean at all times by washing the outside of the plant and equipment whenever necessary, maintaining plant grounding, picking up trash and other items from grounds, and making sure that all equipment is in its proper place.
Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
Perform all pre and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports.
Follow all environmental regulations and clean up any excess material that could cause environmental problems.
Perform miscellaneous duties and outside labor as requested, which may include, but not limited to, cleaning up around the plant, sweeping, shoveling, moving wheelbarrows, picking up equipment or supplies.
