Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. They are local, regional and national resources of BELFOR. His competencies include electronics and machinery management, books and documents, as well as specialized drying. Delimit and dimension large losses and specify the systems of drying by heat and desiccant as appropriate. They have practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. Technical or Engineering Degree Preferred 2-5 years of sales experience in the water treatment/chemical industry required. This includes experience with wastewater treatment, boilers and cooling towers. Ability to construct a business plan with Sales Manager assistance. Must have a valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record. Must possess computer skills and be proficient at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and job specific software. Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to attend meetings. Ability to sit, work at a computer terminal, and/or talk on the telephone up to 4 hours at a time. Ability to travel to customers and stay overnight when necessary.
