Dura-Line is hiring an experienced and engaging People Team Specialist in our West Valley City, Utah Tape site to partner with local management team to create solutions to "do better People Services" and lead the execution/adoption of standard people processes. We are looking for a hands-on People Team Specialist with an employee focused, customer service mindset that has partnered and worked closely with the operations team and has demonstrable experience in change management & organizational development. You must be a high-performing leaderwith at least 1 year of Human Resource/People Services experience in a lean manufacturing or industrial environment as you will help shape the future culture of Dura-Line from within our leading manufacturing sites. You will need hands on experience and/or strong understanding in employee engagement, employee relations, employment & labor law, workers compensation, local audits, management, and escalation for harassments/discrimination/disputes, etc.
In this new role, you will work closely with the local HR business Partner to:
Support Talent Management stewardship which includes walk ins, recruitment & retention strategies and processes, interviews, hiring events, onboarding/orientation, recognition program, community outreach and company branding initiatives, etc Help hourly & salaried employees with HR-related questions like benefits, timesheets, payroll, etc Represent the voice of customer to enable continuous improvement in all business activities and identify critical metrics while using data to support action planning and decision making Help implement Human Resources strategies and activities that support key business drivers (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and company strategy by using LEAN practices, and be part of this transformation journey to become the company of choice Support local employees as an advisor to integrate values and culture into the way people are treated, improve productivity, and showcase how team members are recognized and celebrated
Assist in data management, data integrity, process auditing, and reporting to help drive business decisions

What do our Plant Care Specialists do?
As a Plant Care Specialist, you will have a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail. You will also be able to work independently and possess a genuine desire to service customers by taking the best possible care of the plants in their work environment.
- Visit customer sites on a regular basis as established by route plan
- Service all required plants on the specified day
- Water, prune, change out and clean plants as needed
- Carry plant care materials, occasional lifting and climbing of ladders to reach plants.
- Communicate with the customer contact on a regular basis
- Display horticultural competence
- Provide a premium quality of service to our customers
- Ensure the customer site is clean and orderly throughout visit, no water, waste or debris left behind
- Keep route schedule organized for maximum productivity
What do you need?
- High school diploma or GED, college preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (Horticulture or Greenhouse experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and enjoy hands-on work
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search

Job Summary
Southern Nuclear has immediate openings for Nuclear Specialists in our Fleet Outage Services Department. This position reports to the Outages Services Non-destructive examination (NDE) Supervisor and will be located at Hatch Nuclear Plant, Southern Nuclear Operating facility. The candidate selected for this position shall have a working knowledge of applicable American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) code and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards, with a minimum level of certification to Level II in Radiography Examination. This position requires planning and performing inspections, evaluating inspection results including preparation, setup of test equipment, and travel to each of the Southern Nuclear Operating sites.
Education Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Background/Experience Requirements:
+ Experience meeting the following requirement:
+ Level II in Radiography (required)
+ Level II in MT/PT/VT/UT
+ Industrial site experience is preferred
+ Knowledge of nuclear power plants is preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership assignments a plus
Other Attributes:
+ High level of written and verbal communication skills
+ Motivated self-starter
+ Ability to manage multiple activities, e.g., outage support
+ Travel (domestic) is required, including work assignment at system nuclear units (travel up to 40%)
+ Ability to obtain unescorted access
Technical Requirements:
