As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of CenTrak's hardware infrastructure, tags, and other devices at our customer sites. This is a highly visible customer facing position for a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be a focused individual able to work responsibly for us. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be very proactive and energetic to develop and maintain positive customer relationships. It is the responsibility of the Field Services team to keep these complex systems operating at an optimal health.
Responsibilities:
Perform battery replacement for CenTrak infrastructure, asset tags, environmental monitoring (EM) sensors, hand hygiene (HH) devices, etc.
Perform small installations of infrastructure devices and validate via CenTrak software.
Conduct troubleshooting of problematic areas in conjunction with remote support personnel
Monitor equipment status and alerts via the Connect PulseTM application
Ability to understand CenTrak designs with regards to device location within the hospital
Submit Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) of products under warranty
Maintain proper inventory of batteries and other equipment necessary for device maintenance
Document daily activities, findings, and recommendations and provide to Customer
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved methods/techniques for the RTLS utilization
Qualifications:
Preferred: Degree in Networking/Telecommunications
2-3+ years of experience in a professional services environment supporting end-users
Experience with IR, Wireless and Network Protocols a plus
Experience in enterprise healthcare or hospital environments
Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with a commitment to extraordinary customer service

POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Technician's responsibility is to preserve and improve the condition and functionality of our communities. The Facilities Tech will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as cleanouts, patching, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance, groundskeeping etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND DUTIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prioritizes and/or completes maintenance work and maintenance service requests, to include, but not limited to grounds, cleaning, specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry and other general maintenance in accordance with Company standards and local city, state and federal building codes when applicable.
Provides on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Executes the Make-Ready/Turn process.
Coordinates with other employees and vendor/contractors to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain daily upkeep of common areas and community buildings, including inclement weather care of snow removal by applying ice melt on sidewalks, steps, driveways, and parking lot areas of the property.
Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free of trash and debris.
Inspects the physical apartment site identifying all areas in need of immediate or future repairs and maintenance and provides an inspection report to the Community Manager for review.
Performs other duties as assigned. Actual job duties/responsibilities may vary depending on community size.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as maintenance technician.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and hydraulic and other systems.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime, if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Facilities Tech works on-site at an apartment community and interfaces with external/internal customers, residents, and vendors on a regular basis. The position work schedule varies depending on the property. Must be available to work overtime as needed and work on-call schedule. This individual should be flexible and readily available depending on the needs of the property.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Facilities Tech's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the specific responsibilities defined for this position and for his/her performance to be in complete conformance with all professional standards defined for this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and operate power tools. Must be able to occasionally drive during work.

** Summary:**
Participates in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical phases of patient testing. This includes specimen processing, collection and handling as well as test analysis and reporting. Performs routine and complex chemical and biological analysis of blood, tissue, body fluids and excretions of patients, which includes principles of human growth and development according to established laboratory guidelines. The patient specific population is defined in the department scope of service to which this position is assigned. **Responsibilities And Duties:**
a. Assesses the physical, psychological, developmental, age-related and cultural health dimension of patients while utilizing interview, observation and inspection techniques. Uses appropriate equipment for the age and condition of the patient when collecting specimens. b. Obtains blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing home patients to perform analysis. Transports patient records and samples between laboratory, nursing stations, and nursing home facilities. Performs timely and accurate audits of this process. f. Follows established protocol in processing specimens that are shipped to reference laboratories. II. a. Performs immunological, chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, serologic, and hematologic testing according to department policy and procedures. b. Operates, calibrates, and maintains instrumentation and equipment. c. Prepares reagents and control material as required for testing. d. Completes testing procedures in an efficient manner such that turnaround time policies are met and overtime is minimized. e. Recognizes problems, makes corrections, and applies backup procedures appropriately in the event that standard testing methods fail. Corrective action is initiated appropriate for the education and experience of the position. III. a. Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, but working largely independently, the Site Administration Technician 1 will handle field service maintenance, inventory and repairs with deployed inmate tablets and inmate call processing equipment at multiple assigned facilities. Meet daily with the facility Point of Contact (POC) to provide updates on known issues as well as gather any new feedback for newly identified issues
Manage all day-to-day support functions including minor maintenance of tablets, ensuring all applications on the tablets are functioning properly, and maintaining a daily accurate listing of tablets issued, tablets on the shelf, tablets requiring repair and return.
Provide a weekly summary report to the Field Service Manager (FSM)
Visit dedicated worksite daily or assigned facilities during scheduled dates if assigned more than one.
Initiate and execute trouble resolution guidelines provided for Tablet Resolution before acknowledging the need to replace tablet(s) under RMA protocol.
Utilize ViaPath's trouble ticket database to view/maintain all facility information that would be useful in troubleshooting system issues.
Update the FSM and SAT on any known issues immediately when known
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus
Minimum of 1 year of related IT/admin experience. Must have IT familiarity (i.e., tablet usage, technical support, computer workings, etc.). Experience with technology troubleshooting, repairs and/or other relevant technical experience desired.
Proficient in Windows XP/Windows OS, Microsoft Office Software, and ability to learn other software programs that may be required.

Core Responsibilities:

Core Experience:
Two or more years of experience with generator maintenance is preferred and a minimum of one year of intense work-related experience with generator and electrical maintenance-related software, hardware, and processes
Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of Generators; knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components; moderate computer skills
Basic knowledge of pertinent FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations
Physical/Work Environment:

SUMMARY:
