Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Apply your understanding of audit theories and procedures on client engagements to perform audit procedures on assigned audit areas, and identify and resolve client audit issues
Review staff work product while providing constructive feedback and identifying staff developmental needs
Assist managers in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities, client presentations and selling opportunities
Develop and execute a practice development plan which includes networking, new client development and client expansion activities
The qualifications:
5+ years of recent, related Audit experience in public accounting; specializing with clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
CPA required
Successful experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
Experience managing client relationships/engagements
Japanese language skills required - verbal and written

Consolidate and prepare regular performance dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to P&L leaders and senior management.
Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between operational data and financial results.
Identify process gaps and independently implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of operations.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Leverage Excel, ERPs, and other reporting tools to conduct analyses, develop insights, and support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI and ERP systems.
5+ years of related professional experience in finance and operations.
Strong understanding of consulting firm operations and project billing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $121,600 to $222,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $145,900 to $253,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Here's What You Need
Minimum of 8 years of MedTech/Life Sciences experience and expertise, specifically focused in commercial and a deep understanding of omnichannel, marketing capabilities including but not limited to: Experience in developing deliverables and expertise around marketing capability op model, process design and transformation tracking, or marketing technology strategy and implementation.
