Currently there is an opening for a Laminator in our Panels division on 2nd shift from 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:

* Build panels using skins, core, frames, rails and other components.
* Load and unload panels from press.
* Inspect and prepare press platens for next operation.
* Prepare skins & core according to process specifications, PQR, Travelers, and BOM (Bill of Material).
* Read and interrupt technical drawings and schedules.
* Read work orders, apply materials, and follow instructions per the electronic data system.
* Is able to calculate pressure for operation for a given press.
* Perform testing on adhesive per process specifications.
* Inspect finished product for appearance, alignment and bonding.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail
* Mechanically inclined
* Ability to work overtime

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for distributing materials from receiving and storage locations to and from the production area.
* Maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies in work center areas
* Communicate to supervisor's material shortages and disposition of rejected materials
* Obtain materials and established delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities ensuring that materials are always staged for timely delivery
* Process, verify, route, store, order, deliver, track and maintain various supplies and materials in accordance with preset inventory levels
* Verify correct quantity, color, material, etc. of materials and/or supplies to be staged
* Clean up scrap, cardboard, and skids (return to designated location); empty hoppers and trash containers into the appropriate bin for trash or recycling
* Check material size using tape measure and package materials/finished goods

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED
* 1-3 years of hilo experience
* Excellent work history
* Ability to maneuver forklift in tight indoor work spaces

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and design machining and inspection fixtures
* Set-up, operator and programs 5-axis CNC
* Prepare work instructions and maintain accurate records

Job Summary:

Essential Duties:

Aramid Saw Operator (3rd shift - $21.88/hr.)

Using appropriate saw to cut honeycomb material into designated shape and size to meet customer and company specifications. Inspect and prepare finished material for shipment.
* Startup/verify secondary equipment (vacuum blower, dust collector) is operating.
* Check schedule to determine next order to process.
* Read work order instructions and process specifications.
* Use overhead crane to load/unload Aramid blocks from saw table.
* Set up and run horizontal band saw to cut slices to specified thickness.
