Leadership & Strategy * Guide HR KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support corporate social responsibility activities and North America HR team collaboration. * Represent the company in litigation, OSHA matters, and labor relations when required. What We're Looking For Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's/PHR/SPHR preferred). * 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. * Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills. * Knowledge of employment law, safety regulations, payroll systems, HRIS (SAP, SuccessFactors), and KPI reporting. * JIS/JIT automotive manufacturing experience preferred. * Union labor experience is a plus but not required.
