What You'll Do * Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold product and service standards. * Assist in inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished goods. * Learn and apply quality control procedures and protocols. * Collect and analyze data on defect rates and performance metrics. * Prepare reports summarizing quality performance. * Support process improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans). * Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. What We're Looking For * Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and independently. * Language skills: English required; Spanish, German, or French a plus. About the Role We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate material flow in a fast-paced, Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll ensure 100% on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and drive operational excellence. What You'll Do * Oversee incoming goods, storage, and material supply to production lines. * Train and manage Material Handlers and Forklift Operators. * Ensure timely provision of parts and containers for assembly. * Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including customs documentation. * Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and safety standards. * Lead audits, inventory checks, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and team development. What We're Looking For * Education: High School Diploma (Grade 12) required; Post-secondary in a related field preferred. * Experience: 3+ years in materials/logistics roles; supervisory experience in JIT/JIS environments. * Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Technical: APICS/PMAC training, knowledge of MRO, Tier 1 experience a plus. * Languages: English required; Spanish or German a plus. * Certifications: Forklift operation and valid driver's license.
