What am I worth?
Working with my hands and using power tools
The repetitive work I've experienced and not knowing how it where to further my education in composites careers.
I like the daily challenges most as a molding technician. Between setting molds in machines, setting up automation and processing. This is truely a terrific career path without a need for college papers. I started off as a plastics material handler, then a setup/Process technician and am now a second shift supervisor.
I do not like the lack of ventilation in most facilities, plastic fumes are the most bothersome factor. As in future years, it may cause potential issues concerning health. That is really the only complaint I have to make about the career.
