Experience: Experience in CAD and product design are required. A demonstrable history of precision fabrication of small parts is required. Competence in product development processes, CNC machining, and fluid flow systems are all strongly desired. Candidate ideally has an ability to manage sub-tasks requiring FEA analysis.
