Bhaskar is a global software executive who brings decades of experience in building innovative and passionate dream teams focused on accelerating growth through customer-centricity, digitalization, and automation.

He joined Platform9 to build the open distributed cloud category. Bhaskar believes the market opportunity for Platform9’s products and technologies is extraordinary and that the company is uniquely positioned to democratize cloud computing. Bhaskar was impressed with the passionate team, their mission, and most of all, the culture and values of Platform9.

Prior to joining Platform9, he has previously held top industry positions including Senior Vice President at Oracle Corporation, President of Nokia Software and Chief Digital Officer.

Bich Le is the chief architect of [Platform9 Systems](https://www.crunchbase.com/#/home/index), a cloud service that transforms infrastructure into an agile, self-service private cloud. Previously, he was the principal engineer at [VMware](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/vmware). Prior to VMware, Le was a software engineer at Hewlett Packard. He holds a master’s degree from the University of California, Davis.

My prior experience has been with VMware where I worked on various product lines line including vSphere, vCloud Director, Update Manager. Prior to VMware I had the fortune to work with couple of start-ups, one of them, Everypath Inc. was a pre-iPhone era mobile start-up and another one Thyron Ltd. dealt with large end to end smart card payment systems.

Sirish Raghuram is a Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Platform9 Systems. Sirish Raghuram attended Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Vishwa has held executive leadership positions at multiple global technology companies including Intel, Dell, Infineon, and GE John F. Welch Technology Center. She has led various business practices including talent management and HR business partnering, in addition to establishing several people and employee development programs. At Intel India, she was instrumental in institutionalizing the Diversity and Inclusion charter.

Most recently, Vishwa was an HR leader at Maxim Integrated (a wholly owned subsidiary of Analog Devices Inc.) for its India and Singapore markets. In this position, she engaged with a matrix stakeholder group across numerous international locations, spearheaded the translation of business objectives to people strategies, and implemented change management initiatives. An avid supporter of social and environmental causes, she has also been an active participant on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committees throughout her career.

Vishwa holds two post graduate degrees in human resources from St Joseph's College of Business Administration and Symbiosis Institute for Distance Learning, India. She completed her undergraduate degree from Christ University, India.
