Low pay and lots of liars in management
There was no benefit
This is a great place to work...... If your an addict, or you have been convicted of felony. You may come in Drunk or high and put the safety of others at risk. They do provide to pay for Rehabilitation many times over, if you do favors for the right people. You can smoke in the building while standing next to a leaking gas furnace. You can smoke dope in the parking lot.So if these are the things that interest you, this is your place.
On the other hand if your an honest hard working person who shows up on time every day, this is not the place for you. Lots of favoritism, and singling people out. Huge disregard for safety with gas fired furnaces, missing guards on machines, ventilation systems and electrical systems.
The machine operators are all great really mellow people, because they are all high.
