This position is responsible for providing installation of equipment in the practitioner's office under the direction of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator. Work closely with experienced installers and supervisor to develop and improve customer service skills, use provided support tools, learn effective troubleshooting techniques, and increase product knowledge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner. May also provide repair services to customers on an as needed basis.
Provides and maintains the necessary tools of the trade and have readily available to perform installation and repair services.
Complete all on site installation, repair maintenance and test tasks under supervision of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator.
Follow proper troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors on technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Comprehends customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations to optimize the customer experience.
Maintains and manages proper levels of inventory in van.
Produces timely and detailed service reports.
Attends all required training, which includes but is not limited to Henry Schein Dental Career Development training and specific manufacturer technical training.
Complies with all OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual and training. Maintains and utilizes personal protective equipment when needed.
Communicates in a timely manner to all Team Members and HUB dispatchers, keeping all informed of progress of assignments.
Completes all work orders in a timely manner. The work order should be reviewed with the customer or a responsible staff member prior to departure. This review should include the time in the office, work performed, parts replaced, and parts to be ordered. All work orders should be closed daily and submitted for billing.
Submits all job-related paperwork within the required timeframes. This includes but is not limited to FDA Forms, expense reports, and any other required paperwork.
Complies with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy including maintenance and accident management policies.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Cable Technician shall possess the following capabilities: Able to assist in running cables for building or racking of equipment or other cabling services; Able to read drawings to establish correct wiring/cable runs; With minimal assistance, install cabling from transport/wiring closets to the customer access outlet Install cabling both under floor and above the ceiling in cable trays, troughs, wiring baskets, harnesses, and J hooks; Field terminate cabling utilizing multiple types of connectors technical techniques; Field test cabling for performance specifications; Cable labeling; Perform cable management in racks and termination shelves; Successfully terminate various types of copper connectors; Able to discuss pathways, spaces, bonding and grounding and firestopping; Able to choose the correct tool or methodology for specific cabling tasks.

What You Will Get to Do:

Qualifications You Will Bring:
Shall have a minimum of two (2) years technical experience in IT cable installation and termination.

A minimum of two (2) years technical experience and a BICSI Installer 1 certification required. Additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for certification.
OR
Shall have a minimum of five (5) years technical experience in IT cable installation and termination.
Provide team leadership, engineering, and design knowledge to meet technical specifications.
In-Depth knowledge of termination equipment, methodologies and splicing techniques.
Areas of knowledge must also include: physical ability to lift 50 pounds, cable termination, testing, cable rack preparation, layout and installation, and documentation.
A valid BICSI Installer 2, Copper or Installer 2, Optical Fiber certification is Desired.
Three additional years of experience may be substituted for certification.
Technical Trainer, Multifamily

As a Multifamily Technical Trainer at Brivo, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our multifamily customer base and our resellers. Your primary focus will be to ensure customers are thoroughly onboarded and proficient in using Brivo's platform and solutions. This role requires exceptional presentation and communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for empowering users through effective education. This hybrid position is based at our Bethesda, MD headquarters office .
Responsibilities
New Customer Onboarding & Training: Design and facilitate a live and virtual structured training process for new customers, ensuring comprehensive training on Brivo's platform and guiding clients through each phase of implementation to ensure successful adoption.
Existing Customer Training: Provide technical assistance, including system demonstrations and presentations, to existing resellers and established end users.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the training playbook to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency, ensuring that customer education is scalable and repeatable.
Intrateam Collaboration: Work with the Lead Training Technician to align training with reseller needs and industry best practices, and partner with the Training Content Development team to build supplemental content.
Technology & Partner Advocate: Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for Brivo and third-party products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers, L&D, multifamily, customer success, sales, sales engineers, product, and support teams to ensure all stakeholder training requirements are captured and addressed. Drive continuous feedback loops to enhance product offerings and training processes. Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders of multifamily customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities for the training and support process.
Strategic Implementation Planning: Collaborate with cross-department leadership and L&D to define and execute robust training strategies tailored to individual customer requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer or partner training in the multifamily or real estate tech industry, with a deep understanding of customer operational needs and technology stack.
3+ years of experience delivering product demonstrations to customers.
1+ years of experience with Brivo products and solutions preferred.
Proven track record in leading complex projects from inception through completion, managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
Solid understanding of technical infrastructure, cloud-based platforms, and system integration.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs, adapt solutions to meet those needs, and provide exceptional support during the onboarding/training phase.
Demonstrated self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm when collaborating with others and when working with customers and partners.
Strong proficiency in using project management tools (such as Asana) to manage and track project tasks, timeline, success, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements in the onboarding and training processes.
Outstanding attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also contributing effectively within cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Proactive, innovative mindset focused on improving implementation processes, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.
The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
