Also as CEO, Ron has raised north of $100MM from VC investors including Menlo Ventures, Scale Ventures and other premier VC firms. In 2000, Ron founded Atrativa Inc., a Web based online platform and games company with operations based mainly in North and South America. As chief executive officer, Ron led Atrativa to its current status as the premier Web games provider platform, powering several major ISPs. RealNetworks, Inc. acquired Atrativa in 2005. Ron also played a key role in Latin America's video game industry between 1992 and 1999 as the co-founder of the Brazilian Video Game Association and Head of Capcom, (premier Japanese game developer and the creator of Street Fighter series). Under Ron's leadership near 20,000 Street Fighter, Capcom video game arcade machines were produced and operated in the region. Ron holds board seats in global associations with emphasis in technology. Ron is also an angel investor in start ups with direct to consumer focus. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in international business from San Jose State University, California.
