The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Pastor shall proclaim and model a life of prayer, love, and care for the congregation. He shall lead the church in evangelizing the lost and discipling the believers.
Some of the duties of the Senior Pastor will include:
• Preaching and teaching
• Plan worship services with the Worship Ministry Team
• Participate in a small group
• Serve communion at least four times per year with the help of the Deacons
• Be available to officiate weddings, funerals, baby dedications, and baptisms
• Provide counseling as needed by the congregation
• Maintain office hours
• Visit members of the congregation and visitors (some of these duties may be delegated to the Pastoral Staff and Deacons/Deaconesses)
• Lead Pastoral Staff and hold regular staff meetings
• Meet at least monthly with the Overseer Board
• Conduct and oversee membership classes as needed
• Conduct annual staff evaluations and participate in his own evaluation conducted by members of the Overseer Board
• Be active within the community as the Holy Spirit leads
• Other duties as developed with leadership
• The Senior Pastor is an ex-officio member of all church committees, except a Senior Pastor Search Committee

• Preferably has served in an E-Free church
• He is 35-55 years old
• He grew up in the mid-west and in a rural area. His family has lived, or wants to live, in a rural
area.

Martin County is currently accepting applications for a full-time Appraiser in the County Assessor's office.
The Appraiser is responsible for the appraisal and classification of residential, agricultural and income producing properties through physical inspections to establish a market value for real estate tax purposes. This position also maintains the appraisal data and classifications within the CAMA and TAX systems. The Appraiser is also responsible for addressing public inquiries regarding property value and taxes, as well as defends appraisal decisions to taxpayers through appeal process.

A Swine Technician is responsible for the daily care, health, and welfare of pigs in a swine production facility. This role involves performing tasks related to animal husbandry, health management, feeding, breeding, and facility maintenance to ensure the highest standards of swine production.
Role and Responsibilities
Learn and monitor the health and well-being of swine, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and care.
Follow all production protocols and procedures to maximize sow and gilt production & efficiencies.

Ensure pigs have access to adequate feed, air and water.

Collect, receive, and process the appropriate specimens (body fluids, blood, urine, swabs, stools, etc.) in a safe, accurate, and professional manner with the proper technique. Perform clinical testing using a variety of automated, semi-automated, and/or manual technology as defined by current job assignment. Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures to ensure accurate reporting of test results. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly instrument maintenance of various equipment. Troubleshoot machines and solve technical issues. Follow standard precautions at all times. Participate in external quality controls like CAP proficiencies and perform laboratory competencies. Maintain laboratory documentation and files. Display competency in phlebotomy for all age ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. Conduct validation, verification, and correlation of the equipment. Communicate effectively to providers, nurses, and colleagues regarding critical values and clinical care. Perform in different sections of the laboratory: Blood Banking, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology,
Microbiology/PCR, Urinalysis, and Receiving and Processing Specimens. Perform operational support functions to facilitate workflow. Must be available to work weekends, overnight, and holiday shifts.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MT), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), OR in a field related to medical laboratory science along with certification in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), or Medical Technology (MT), as recognized by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS)
Skills: Microscopic analysis; proficiency in medical laboratory procedures and the use of medical laboratory instruments; applied knowledge of Blood Bank theory; applied chemistry knowledge in the context of a medical laboratory; microbiology/PCR skills; applied Hematology/Coagulation knowledge in the context of a medical laboratory; applied Urinalysis knowledge in the context of a medical laboratory; ability to perform all required skills accurately in an independent capacity.

In order to perform this job successfully an individual will have the ability to read/understand work orders and how to read/use a tape measure or other necessary measuring devices and have reliable and consistent work history with good attendance. Candidate must be able to successfully complete the Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) to required standard and Pre-employment drug screen. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Use a MIG welder to build/prepare aluminum trailers using drawings in the set-up, middle and/or finish capacity.
· Attention to detail.
· Comprehend and follow checklists, masters and prints.
· Conduct all work in a safe manor while following Aluma's safety policy.
· Maintain all Aluma quality standards including; recognize parts issues and defects so they can be corrected.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described below are representative of those that mut be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
· Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. force frequently and lift 10-20 lbs. consistently.
· Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours.
· Must be able to use hands to handle or feel; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and ability to use a steel stool.
· Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
· Specific vision abilities required include, close, distance, color, depth and peripheral vision.
