GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions)
The Master Stylist is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):
Performance
Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
Meet or exceed sales goal of $1250 average weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
People
Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate retail and service recommendations.
Serve all guests, including walk-in guests, in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop a partnership with skin therapists and the retail team to provide a total-store and well-rounded guest experience.
Establish professional peer and brand partner relationships that foster a shared interest in collaboratively delivering exceptional guest experience.
Share the benefits of the guest loyalty program, including credit and the Ulta Beauty app, with guests in the salon and salesfloor.
Attend mandatory trainings and meetings to enable continuous professional development.
Process
Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure compliance with state board guidelines.
Follow established service protocols to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Utilize appropriate booking and clientele systems to book guests for return services and for events.
Communicate any supply needs to the Experience Manager, ensuring guest readiness at all times.
Maintain outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the salon, salesfloor, restrooms, backroom, break area, and any additional assigned area.
Adhere to the Ulta Beauty dress code.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
Execute other operational tasks as directed.

A day in the life -
As the intern for the KSP Communications Branch, you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn and execute the process and procedures for installing electronic communication equipment in patrol vehicles. In addition, you will support the broader vehicle installation program, ensuring that all communication systems are installed accurately, reliably, and on time, while helping maintain program-wide standards, documentation, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist experienced technicians in the installation of electronic communication equipment in new KSP vehicles, including radios, radars, mobile data routers, antennas, and emergency lighting systems.
* Under supervision, learn and carry out testing procedures for installed electronic equipment by verifying performance, documenting results, and flagging any issues.
* Participate in the removal of equipment from surplus vehicles, assess each unit for condition and potential reuse, and coordinate reuse or dispose accordingly.
* Support the technicians by organizing, labeling, and tracking equipment and parts.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
* Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure all equipment installations and removals meet program standards, as well as follow established procedures and safety protocols.
* Assist in maintaining and updating documentation, work-orders, and service logs to support the vehicle equipment program's reporting and audit requirements.

As a Youth Activities Counselor you will interact and supervise children ages 3-17 year old by providing a safe and entertaining environment in our Youth Activities spaces onboard our ships & island. You will need to be flexible with your work schedule, job tasks, and work locations as you start your new adventure in the Youth Activities department. As a Youth Activities Counselor, you will work in partnership with our Entertainment Host team, by providing program support to ensure all department and shipboard goals are met.

+ Work with and oversee all children participating in Youth Activities programs, ages 3-17 years old
+ Support the set-up for all facilitated activities and accomplish clean-up tasks upon completion of programs; monitor audio and lighting needs

+ Present small-scale activities independently or with other Youth Counselors

POSITION SUMMARYAs an Automotive Salesperson for Big O Tires, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales. If you have a service sales background, a proven track record in sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience
Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues
Keep up to date through training and vendor publications
Adhere to the Big O Tire policies and procedures
Assist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas
Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking
Maintain showroom merchandise
Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures
Sales of tires and service-related needs
QUALIFICATIONS
2 year minimum tire & auto service sales experience recommended but not required (training available)
Strong auto service & tire sales knowledge recommended but not required (training available)
Good leadership abilities and team building
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient at preventive maintenance sales recommended but not required (training available)
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Have problem solving abilities and be a self-starter
