Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.
Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.
It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed.
Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position requiring a compact or ND RN license and strong fetal monitoring skills.
Responsibilities
Position based in the LDRP unit within an acute care critical access hospital setting
Unit consists of 7 labor and delivery beds and 8 postpartum beds, with 1 dedicated OR for C-sections
Patient population includes obstetric and neonatal cases, with common diagnoses including hypertension and gestational diabetes
Nurses follow AWHONN ratios: 1:1 for pitocin, magnesium, or insulin drips, 1:3 for couplet care
Expected to titrate drips such as pitocin, insulin, and magnesium
Shift options are 12 hours, day and night, with call and every third weekend required
Every other holiday coverage required
Floating to Med Surg and ER units may be required based on hospital needs, with permanent staff floating first
Uses Meditech EMR and Philips telemetry monitors; EFM system is traceview/PIP
No self-scheduling; block scheduling provided
Responsibilities include providing labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care within the LDRP setting
Expected to float to Med Surg or ER if needed based on skillset
Charge nurse present on each shift and participates in direct patient care
Team includes CNAs and surgical techs who support patient care and unit operations
No in-house OB/neonatologist or anesthesia coverage 24/7; must be able to manage changes in patient condition appropriately
Three shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
Maroon scrubs are required and provided; nurses change into surgical scrubs on unit
All requested time off (RTO) must be declared up front; additional RTO not approved after submission
Requirements
Active ND or compact RN license required prior to start
At least 2 years of recent LDRP or labor and delivery nursing experience
Current BLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
Ability to independently read and interpret fetal strips and act on findings
Experience titrating common drips including pitocin, insulin, and magnesium
Must provide two professional references: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months, and one from a peer or supervisor within the last 3 years
Driver's license required for consideration
Candidates must have not worked (full time, part time, or PRN) at a CommonSpirit facility in the past 12 months
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility
