Under the direction of the Post Production Manager, the Packaging Technician begins the assembly process of packaged cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and professionalism. This role is responsible for product and loss tracking, ensuring products are packaged and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares packaging supplies (jars, mylar bags, case packs, etc.) at the beginning of each shift. Begins the packaging process by measuring, packaging and labeling products with a high level of accuracy (trimmed cannabis and rosin cartridges). The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of customer strategies related to one or more customers including all products/programs from new product introduction through volume production. He/she is responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, driving profitable business relationships and sales growth and providing strong leadership to the customer focus teams to ensure achievement of customer commitments.
