Todd Kelsey is the President and chief executive officer of Plexus.

Todd Kelsey joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer and was named Vice President of Plexus’ Neenah Design Center in 2002, Senior Vice President of Plexus Engineering Solutions in 2006, Senior Vice President Global Customer Services in 2007 and Executive Vice President Global Customer Services in 2011. He was promoted to his current position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Mr. Kelsey holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Angelo Ninivaggi is our Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary. Angelo joined Plexus in 2002 as Director of Legal Services. In 2006, he was named our General Counsel, Corporate Compliance Officer and Secretary and was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in 2013. Angelo is responsible for our human resources, legal and compliance functions and oversees our enterprise risk management and social responsibility programs. Prior to joining Plexus, Angelo served as Associate General Counsel of Micron Electronics, Inc. and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MCMS Inc. He began his career at the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Angelo holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia University and juris doctor and masters in business administration degrees from Fordham University.
