Prior to this, he worked in various roles in the Oil & Gas services industry with global reach, living in the UK and Europe. Mr. Dear is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA) and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program.

Allison Kohlschein is a Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and COO at PLH Group Inc and is based in Irving, Texas.
