About the Role:
The T&D Associate Estimator I is responsible for various tasks in developing cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation work. The T&D Associate Estimator I will be a part of our extensive training program to help develop these skills.

Essential Functions
Prepare or assist in preparing complete cost estimates for assigned for transmission, distribution and substation projects
Plan and execute work while meeting customer defined submission deadlines
Schedule and attend field job walk with customer, subcontractor, and construction personnel to determine constructability requirements
Attend on site pre-bid meetings and perform job site visits. This involves travel that can require overnight stays
Perform or assist in performing take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation
Solicit material vendor pricing and subcontractor proposals including assembly and distribution of project documentation into RFQ/RFP packages
Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency
Participate in estimate review process with internal and external stake holders
Assist construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate
Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders
Participate in job close-out meetings at the end of a project to close any loops in the estimating process
Regular and predictable attendance

About You:
Qualifications
Ability to understand, and/or possess basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services preferred
Experience in electrical construction preferred
Experience with estimating in construction preferred
Preferred Education
High school diploma or GED is required

Qualifications
The Production Supervisor will direct daily activities of their designated areas by working directly with production team members. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for continuously developing and mentoring team members. The production Supervisor will also be responsible for inspecting the production lines for any safety hazards prior to and during production while ensuring team members are working in a safe manner.

The Justice Programs Technician is a critical member of the Portage Justice Programs team, responsible for collecting, processing, and documenting biological samples in accordance with Wisconsin standards. This position ensures the integrity of the drug and alcohol testing process, which supports participant accountability, program compliance, and overall public safety.
2026 pay range starts at $19.95 / hr
What are the primary job duties?
Administer same gender observed urine drug screens and/or other biological sample collections (e.g., oral swabs, breathalyzers) in a professional, respectful, and trauma-informed manner.
Adhere strictly to chain of custody protocols to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all samples collected.
Conduct initial specimen validity checks (temperature, appearance) and document results clearly and accurately.
Maintain and update participant testing schedules in coordination with Drug Treatment Court team and case management staff.
Ensure proper storage, packaging, and transportation of samples for laboratory analysis.
Maintain meticulous records of all tests, including documentation of missed tests, refusals, and non-compliance, following Wisconsin Treatment Court, Diversion Programs, and Day Report data reporting requirements.

Job Description:
The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float performs the same duties as a Laboratory Technical Assistant. Preforming in-vitro analysis of biologic specimens according to the procedures established for routine areas of the laboratory. The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float participates in the supportive functions of quality control, instrument operation, limited troubleshooting, and limited problem resolution. This individual's responsibilities will be narrow in scope and limited to a specific group of tests (defined as waived or moderately complex by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) regulations. The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float is part of a pool of LTA that support other LTA and Phlebotomists throughout the region or the system where coverage is assigned on an as-needed basis.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Preferred/Optional: Post-high school basic lab techniques, chemistry, biology, or physical science course(s).
EXPERIENCE

Laboratory Technical Assistant (LTA)- Regional Float is a position created to provide part time coverage in the East Region of Marshfield Clinic. LTA would be responsible for filling shifts Monday - Friday Days or PMs. Would also be on weekend rotation in Weston. Phlebotomy would be a primary role in position.

This is a boot on the ground, customer focused position that works closely with local farmers, municipalities, farming organizations, papermills, and the Wisconsin DNR to ensure compliancy of land applications. This position will work closely with Synagro operations with coordinating delivery of papermill residuals in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage existing land base inventory and procure additional land base to meet operational requirements and provide strategic growth for the business.
Prepare permit applications and NMP's as needed for land application sites. This may include soil, mill residuals, and biosolids sampling; analytical interpretation and waste characterization; geo-mapping services; interpretation of soil, tax and topographical maps; and review and interpretation of applicable regulations to determine land base acceptability and compliant product use.
Facilitate compliance and provide information as needed for all regulatory and permit requirements including, but not limited to, frequent monitoring and reporting as required by the WI Department of Natural Resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, farmers, and environmental regulatory agencies.
Contact farmers by phone and in-person to establish a new land base.

Essential Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians in the practice of veterinary medicine and surgery and other tasks as needed.
Assist veterinarians in outpatient exams by taking histories, vital signs, and weights, as well as providing client education.
Prepare patients for surgery and monitor vital signs of the patient during surgery.
Obtain blood, stool, and other samples; perform in-hospital laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside laboratories.
Take, develop, and maintain radiographs following proper safety procedures.
Provide basic animal handling and restrain animals during exams.
Administer and monitor medications, anesthesia, vaccines, and treatments at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Clean and straighten exam rooms, treatment, and lab areas; restock exam rooms with supplies. Assist other team members to keep the public areas of the practice clean; clean and maintain all medical equipment.
Demonstrate warmth, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions with clients; exercise compassion and care in all interactions with patients.
Communicate with veterinarians and practice team members including client discussions, patient plans, client concerns, etc.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
State license to work as a certified/licensed/registered veterinary technician in state of desired employment
Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance
Practice OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE
Basic computer skills, familiarity with MS office applications, etc.
Basic math and ability to calculate medication dosages
Strong communication skills to ensure patient safety
