Oversee acquisition of consultant and contractor services and ensure adherence to EPCOR standards and policies. Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and ensure projects meet objectives within budget and schedule. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to minimize impacts and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the maintenance of technical and engineering records including work in progress. Collaborate with Finance and Rates team to ensure projects are capitalized in short order upon completion. Drive efficiency through delivery metrics, cost analysis, and innovative procurement approaches. Report on project and program progress at established intervals using standardized reporting tools. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field; Advanced Degree preferred. Professional Engineering license and relevant certifications (construction, safety) are highly desirable. Ten or more years of engineering experience in utilities or water-related industries, including five years leading engineering or construction teams. Strong management skills in planning, organizing, and employee development. Expertise in project management, time management, and contract administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing. Broad knowledge of engineering theory related to water and wastewater infrastructure, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.
