Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and quality requirements; support team coordination as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Colorado-approved plumber apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing required. 3-5 years of plumbing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting. At least 6,800 hours of documented practical experience per Colorado DORA requirements. Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Proficiency installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plumbing systems. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (e.g., IPC) and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications OSHA safety training.
