The incumbent is responsible for meeting work schedules and service requests, by providing effective and efficient maintenance workmanship and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Education/experience/licensing: * Must possess a High school diploma or equivalent GED * Department of Labor or equivalent journeymen Plumber certificate or associates degree or technical school certification and five (5) or more years related experience. * Valid driver's license and insurability under UT driving policies. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., works well with hands, and work with close tolerance.
