Responsibilities
Lead plumbing projects typically 1000000 plus in contract value
Review drawings specs submittals and plumbing schematics to build a clean execution plan
Create schedules manpower plans and material takeoffs
Coordinate with GCs engineers inspectors foremen and site leadership
Drive installation quality and compliance across domestic water DWV gas piping storm systems hydronic piping and specialty systems medical gas a plus
Track costs labor hours and change orders and keep budgets on target
Run QA QC including pressure tests chlorination camera inspections and closeout documentation
Enforce OSHA and support a proactive safety culture
Maintain daily logs RFIs progress reports and weekly coordination meetings
Qualifications
7 plus years plumbing experience with commercial construction exposure
Project management experience running schedules budgets and field coordination
Organized communicator who can lead and develop foremen and crews
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
