DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Plumber 1, you will will install and maintain plumbing programs for the forty-six buildings located throughout our campus. You will repair plumbing equipment and systems, commercial and residential housekeeping equipment, and wastewater and supply water systems. You will also complete preventative maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records of daily work performed. This role requires the ability to work with limited supervision and independently determine the proper tools and materials needed to efficiently complete assignments. In addition, you will perform welding and oxyacetylene torch cutting, cut and thread pipe, and flush, install, or repair fire hydrants. Interested in learning more?
