WORK ENVIRONMENT:Commercial plumbers typically work in a variety of settings, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities and occasionally in confined or elevated spaces. The role often involves both indoor and outdoor work, sometimes in challenging conditions such as extreme temperatures or wet environments. Plumbers may be exposed to hazardous materials, heavy machinery, and moving equipment, so adherence to safety protocols is critical. The job may require travel between multiple job sites, and schedules can include overtime or emergency call-outs. Job Description Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills Water Heater replacement and repair Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet) Drain Cleaning Gas Line Installation / Repair Qualifications Current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License Valid Driver's License (3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record) A minimum of 2 years' residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system) Good analytical skills and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site Results driven in a high-energy environment Must be able to follow directions and work independently Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates depending on the weather Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes.
