Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to oversee and execute a variety of plumbing tasks in the commercial setting. The Master Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Pay Rate: $100,000 - 135,000 per year; based on experience
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:
Plumbing Installation & Repair:
Design, install, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, gas lines, and HVAC piping.
Diagnose and repair issues in plumbing systems such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning components.
Code Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Obtain necessary permits and complete inspections as required.
Equipment & Material Management:
Select and procure appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of tools and machinery.
Client Support:
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and timelines.
Provide estimates and detailed reports on plumbing issues and solutions.
Troubleshooting:
Analyze complex plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Valid Master Plumber License.
High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a proven record of leadership.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of local, state, and national plumbing codes.
Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and software.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, walk, stand; Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent.
Proven experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
