At least 1 year of professional plumbing experience; multi-property or residential service experience preferred. Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, water supply systems, and drainage systems. Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents. Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, soldering tools, threading machines, and diagnostic devices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
