Plumber/Steamfitter REPORTS TO: Senior Plumber/Steamfitter/Coord. of Building & Grounds ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: This position is accountable for the installation and repair of heating systems, water supply, drainage, and disposal systems. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: This position is accountable for the following: 1. Perform journey-level maintenance work in the repair, inspection, service, installation and alteration of gas, water and sewer plumbing fixtures and systems; work from blueprints and sketches; prepare job estimates as assigned; coordinate plumbing activities with local service agencies all at the highest quality level following all federal, state and local regulations and codes. 2.
