Responsibilities: Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain plumbing equipment including, but not limited to, faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, domestic water heaters and boilers, tank-less water heaters, garbage disposals, back-flow devices, valves and water meters. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs in district facilities including, but not limited to, domestic water systems and related devices and sanitary waste drainage. Repair or replace water lines, domestic re-circulation lines, and sewer lines. Respond to emergency plumbing calls such as clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas odors and possible gas leaks. Ability to snake drains in all sizes. Qualifications Requirements: 3+ years of experience inspecting, servicing, and repairing fire sprinkler systems. Nevada state fire marshal G card certification required. Experience completing inspection reports, deficiency lists, and service documentation accurately and on time. Ability to read and understand sprinkler drawings, riser diagrams, and system layouts.
