Job Summary
Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping and piping systems, fixtures, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems, on basis of knowledge of system operation and study of building plans or working drawings.
Selects type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications. Inspects work sites to determine presence of obstructions and to ascertain that holes will not cause structural weakness. Plan sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers. Cuts pipe, using hacksaw, pipe cutters, hammer and chisel, cutting torch, and pipe cutting machine. Threads pipe using threading machine. Ends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending machine. Assembles and installs variety of metal and nonmetal pipe and pipe fittings, including those made of brass, copper, lead, glass and plastic. Joins piping by means of threaded, caulked, wiped, soldered, brazed, fused or cemented joints. Secures pipes to structure with clamps, brackets, and hangers, using hand tools. Installs and maintains refrigeration and air-conditioning systems including compressors, pumps, meters, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and piping. Tests piping system for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication leaks.

What You'll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations
Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
Schedule rough-in inspections and help facilitate pre-installation and on-site final inspections
Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing-related questions over the phone or via site visits
Act as primary back up to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre-install inspections, and ordering products as needed

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Tactical Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection Journeyman to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) and Intelligence Watch and Coordination Center (IWCC) and Open Source Intelligence Division (OSID) for I&A Intelligence Watch and Open Source Collection Support Services. The mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of intelligence and Analysis (I&A) is to equip the Homeland Security Enterprise with timely intelligence and information it needs to keep the homeland safe, secure, and resilient. The position will provide professional tactical/operational intelligence services to support DHS I&A.
What you will be doing:
* Support DHS I&A in its 24/7 operational mission. Shift work including support through a rotation schedule including day, evening, and mid shifts are required.
* Provide support to worldwide information requirements through the identification, collection, and aggregation of OSINT, media, social media, gray literature, or other publicly available information using customer approved OSINT tools
* Conduct informational exchanges, which may be analytic and/or operational/tactical in nature as appropriate exchanges with I&A, the IC, and federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private, other (FSLTTP) partners to maintain communications and situational awareness of daily activities.
* Assess and provide recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools.
* Provide tactical open source intelligence support to the planning and execution of exercises to include analysis and production for scenario development and active participation in the tabletop exercises.
* Identify new sources of publicly available information using multiple sources including websites, databases, and email distribution.
* Support the development of new OSINT targeting and exploitation techniques and analyze the development of OSINT policy and tradecraft.
* Maintain and develop a portfolio of threat profiles, activity, and trends from all available sources (open-source, agency feeds, commercial feeds, & dark web).
* Support functionality of Watch operations by providing significant information on emergent threats, breaking events, and crisis situations as directed.
* Assist with development of OSINT collection plans.
* Assist with identifying, collecting, and exploiting both structured and unstructured publicly available open-source and social media information, or other overt and/or publicly available information available information.
* Use Government-approved OSINT specialized equipment, tools, techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) for conducting OSINT activity (searches and research), specifically accessing, collecting, reporting, and disseminating overt and/or publicly available information on the clear, deep, dark web.
* Assist with providing raw unevaluated OSINT reporting for serialization and dissemination that responds to or satisfies collection requirements and/or align with the Homeland Security Priority Framework (HIPF).
What you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration.
* Six (6) years of prior experience performing Open Source Collection for tactical/operational support.
* Intelligence Community (IC) experience desired; DHS all-source intelligence analysis experience preferred.
* Experience working with DHS data sources desired.
* Knowledge of the DHS I&A intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of I&A in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall I&A intelligence research, analysis, and production process.
* Must possess excellent oral, written, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
