Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing diagrams. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Work with a variety of plumbing materials, including PVC, copper and PEX. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
