As a Pipefitter/Plumber, the job is working in our fabrication shop. You will assist with the fabrication of various plumbing and piping systems that will be installed on commercial and / or industrial construction sites. Regular and punctual attendance.

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with the ability to work overtime as needed (schedule may vary by season)
Job Duties
Assist with the fabrication of plumbing/piping materials in accordance with blueprints and specifications
Once properly trained, use of hand tools and power tools including a pipe plasma cutter, treading machine and pipe cutter to prefabricate assemblies in accordance to shop drawings.
Assists with commercial and industrial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale construction projects such as healthcare, government, educations, manufacturing and others
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Assists with the installation of chilled, hot and steam piping
Assist with the installation of valves, hangers, supports, and flanges inside HVAC piping systems
Prepare pipe and fittings for hoisting and rigging
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, along with the ability to read a tape measure
OSHA 10 certification preferred (company will provide if needed)
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for routine measurements and calculations, with the ability to work with fractions, percentages, and decimals
