Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber with experience in commercial mechanical construction projects. This role involves installing, assembling, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems, including water, gas, drainage, and vent piping.

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in mentoring others, coordinating field operations, and delivering exceptional work quality. You'll play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects across North Texas.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations.
Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines.
Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers.
Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress.
Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
1-3 years of experience in a foreman or lead role preferred.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, drawings, and schematics.
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple trades.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
