Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety conscious Mechanical Journeyman - Plumber/Pipefitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems used for the conveyance of fluids and gases. Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber or Journeyman Pipefitter or similar role working with mechanical systems, piping, and machinery.
Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems, with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues related to mechanical systems.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to following safety protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
Experience in the use of hand and power tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
A technical diploma or certification in mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
