Plumber job in Quincy, MA
Job Description
Plumber needed. People skills more important than plunger technique.
Some people are just plain positive.
Positive they know what they're doing. Positive they can solve our customers' problems. And committed to doing it all … with a positive attitude.
We're in the business of making bad situations better. People call us when their plumbing goes wrong, and they're hoping we can make those problems go away. For you, a good day is a day you feel like you've made a difference in somebody's life.
So yeah, you need the basic requirements:
A high school diploma (or GED).
At least three years of plumbing and heating experience.
An active MA Journeyman's plumbing license.

You care about our company's reputation, your own good name, and the reputation of everyone else on the team. You're the guy who calls around at the end of the day to see if any of the other teams need help, because you're already done.
Day-to-day, this job is about providing the best plumbing service we can, as assigned by the office. Estimates on new work, installations, repairs, maintenance, and most of all, customer service. You're comfortable communicating with customers to help them understand the problem, and what we can do to fix it. You're clean and tidy inside our customers' homes, you're pleasant and polite, and you're always happy to give their dog a little scritch behind the ears.
Five-star reviews come from five-star relationships, and that's the opportunity you look for in every new client.
If this is you, let's talk about the details. Tell us what you can bring to Trust 1. Tell us about some of your favorite projects, and how you decided plumbing was the job that was right for you.
