Minimum qualifications for the position are shown below: Associate's Degree with an emphasis in drafting & design or related field Proficient experience with MicroStation design software Ability to learn and effectively utilize new design software programs as required Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting with MicroStation 3-4 years of drafting & design experience is preferred Ability to utilize both 2D and 3D applications to prepare engineering drawings Understand and follow all organizational, area/departmental, and client procedures, safety policies, and directives Experience conducting self-checks of created drawings, sketches, and related data to proactively identify factors that may negatively affect final product Ability to work independently of engineers but confer with engineers and other designers for design concept interpretation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with others (Engineers, Designers, Project Managers) in a multi-disciplined project team environment to resolve design and drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working in the Nuclear, Utilities, or Power Industry is a plus Additional Information About ENERCON: At Enercon Services, Inc.
