Who/What Are We Looking For?

Candidates should have some
Residential Changeout Install Experience
and a thorough
understanding of the maintenance of residential plumbing systems
. Experience working with gas lines and venting as well as the installation of tankless water heaters is helpful.
Installation Technicians provide our residential customers with
exceptional service
and solutions to the repairs and installation of plumbing, drain cleaning, evaporative coolers and sprinkler systems. They are responsible for maintaining customer health, safety and their upmost satisfaction of services performed.
Benjamin Franklin Installers are also responsible for:
- The installation, repair and service of traditional and tankless water heaters, water service piping, home plumbing repair, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, sewer repairs and replacements
- The application of all codes to installations, repairs and maintenance
- Accurate documentation of work completed
- Have verifiable plumbing installation (changeout) experience in a residential service and maintenance company
- Be available to work nights and weekends when needed
- Sound knowledge of fundamental plumbing field concepts, best practices and procedures
- Possess a personal confidence and a strong desire to serve
- Have all necessary tools
