Reasonably decent pay in locations outside silicone valley, for California I heard that the lay is actually pretty poor.
Totally insane working hours, not infrequently I have found myself sitting at the keyboard at 4AM, asking myself why I needed that. I have done 36 hour shifts at Plume, I have had my family's trips ruined by constant calls from work, it was not a very good working environment.
They give out some trinkets, company branded clothes that are usually not bad.
Simply don't waste your time interviewing there, even if the pay is somewhat decent, it doesn't nearly cover the health cost, and working for Plume does have substantial health cost.
Not sure there is anything to like, the CEO is a bully, who is reported to have walked around the office, screaming at engineers, he manages by fear.
Get your act together and start innovating, rather than bullying your employees and leading them on.
