You work your own hours and the other peers that you work with are very kind.
It is hard to go up in rank because the lack of communication can happen when the consultant above you does not communicate at all. You must be able to maneuver your way through the videos and the training all on your own without questions to your training staff above you. You can go up to the top and ask but it is not a comfortable feeling when you would be actually complaining about those directly above you. This is a common thing that makes it very discouraging.
Favorite perk or benefit is again having flexible hours and enjoying the jewelry for yourself at a discount price as well. Also wearing what you sell to show its beauty.

Everything. Very poor culture. Founder and executives are the biggest culture issue. Toxic and “mean girl” environment propelled by founder gossiping, undermining, lying, and selfishness. Stylists are good people who are being mislead by a corrupt founder.
