Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience (preferred) or a proven ability to handle equivalent responsibilities. Bachelors degree required. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate contracts, leases, and CAM reconciliations. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Experience with contract and lease administration, vendor management, and facilities maintenance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and property management software.
