Job Summary
Mass General Brigham Health Plan is hiring for two Behavioral Health Specialists to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team providing expert recommendations for managing behavioral health conditions and providing specialized coordination of care for enrollees with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
As the behavioral health clinical expert on the Interdisciplinary Care Team, the Behavioral Health Specialist partners with the Interdisciplinary Care Team, facilities, and providers to address behavioral health challenges, evaluate treatment options, and implement targeted strategies and interventions.
Essential Functions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (ICT)-including LTSC, GSSC, primary care providers, specialists, and behavioral health treatment facilities-to support program enhancements, process improvements, care coordination, discharge planning, and aftercare.
* Participate actively in ICT meetings, contributing insights on behavioral health concerns, treatment options, care strategies, and engaging in collaborative decision-making regarding enrollees' care.
* Receive and triage behavioral health and substance use referrals, coordinating with the ICT and primary care providers to refer enrollees to appropriate inpatient or outpatient services.
* Develop, update, and implement enrollee-centered care plans in collaboration with enrollees and care teams, promoting self-care, shared decision-making, and addressing identified needs through routine engagement and proactive outreach.
* Conduct outreach, assessments, and home visits via telephonic, electronic, or in-person contact for identified enrollees, including routine evaluations and post-transition care.
* Monitor clinical status to identify early signs of deterioration, intervening proactively with the ICT to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and escalate behavioral health needs during weekly case conferences.
* Establish consistent communication and reporting schedules with providers and enrollees to review enrollee status, progress toward goals, care needs, utilization plans, and follow-up.
* Ensure compliance with DSNP regulations and quality assurance standards by documenting, monitoring, and evaluating enrollee interventions and care plans accurately within electronic medical record systems.
* Serve as a key resource and liaison within the ICT by addressing enrollee questions, concerns, and care needs, facilitating access to services, and performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

* Master's Degree required
* Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required
* Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience required
* Certified Case Management Certification preferred

Production Management
This position coordinates and oversees the preparation and implementation of lighting, sound, scenic and projection designs as well as rigging configurations for all assigned productions. The work includes the review of performance contracts, technical riders and coordinates with appropriate personnel to define production-related audio, video, lighting, rigging, recording and stage management requirements. The Production Manager may adapt production elements to conform to assigned performance spaces as necessary and coordinate with production staff and with professional agents, artists, technical directors, artistic directors, Hopkins Center ensemble directors, etc., to advance and resolve technical plans related to events.
This position oversees backstage activities related to the production set-up, rehearsal, performance and strike; ensures adherence to production specifications, IATSE union rules and safe work practices. Serves as point of contact for artists in technical rehearsals and performances; interprets and acts to meet unanticipated needs. Manages IATSE union and student employees in show preparation, job assignments during performances and post-show restoration of performance spaces.
The Production Manager models a backstage work culture characterized by proficiency, safety, excellence and creative problem-solving; anticipates potential issues and proposes solutions; builds and stewards business relationships with outside labor providers and vendors, and incorporates production strategies in meeting the Hop's inclusion, equity, accessibility and diversity goals. Education and/or Experience

The Assistant Director of Equipment Operations - Football reports directly to the Assistant Athletics Director for Equipment Operations and is primarily responsible for the administrative processes regarding procurement, distribution, inventory, and maintenance of personal athletic equipment and apparel for student-athletes, coaches and staff. Assists in development and evaluation of brand management and equipment strategies.
Description Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and set priorities.

* Basic math skills.
* Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines, coordinate work of others, and remain accessible for inquiries.
* Ability to become certified by the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.

* Experience in fulfillment, stock room control environment.

Key Accountabilities
Description
Administrative Management
* Consults and advises coaches on ordering needs, logo designs and branding guidelines.
* Meets with vendors to build relationships and clarify ordering decisions; reviews contracts and agreements.
* Reviews order requirements and places orders with vendors for athletes and coaches based on strategic priorities and budgets.
* Exercises judgement regarding unique team requests from coaches, athletes and sport administrators.
* Leads and directs practices, pre-, during, and post- gameday (home and away) equipment needs.
* Oversees the gear and equipment planning for travel.
* Manages equipment responsibilities for Football and select sports.
* Keeps inventory system up to date, ensures accuracy; verify and submit invoices.
* Hires, schedules and supervises temporary and student workers.

* Conducts inventory and reshelving.
* Sets up for practices and gamedays.
* Adjusts and fixes equipment, as needed.
* Completes remaining laundry tasks when student workers are not available.
