Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
· Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
· Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans' Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

We are seeking individuals to enter a highly rewarding career path in Nondestructive Testing. These positions within the Quality organization are responsible for critical inspections of aerospace assemblies. For this position, technicians are required to provide prior NDT experience documentation and certification that will meet NAS 410 current revision requirements. Technicians with prior NDT experience, including existing Level 2 certifications, will be trained to inspect product for NASA and other customers.
Performs non-destructive tests (NDT) on components. Inspects metallic and nonmetallic materials, parts and assemblies for defects using automated and manual methods and techniques including radiography, ultrasound, penetrant, eddy current, laser shearography, and magnetic particle. Requires certifications in non-destructive testing in accordance with regulations.
The primary focus will be in the area of radiographic inspection (RT) of rocket motors using digital systems and Ultrasonic Testing inspection (UT) of metal and composite components. Personnel currently holding other Level 2 or 3 certifications are encouraged to apply.
Support of other NDT methods will include Magnetic Particle (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), Infrared Thermography (IRT), and/or Leak Testing (LT)
Handling and movement of energetic and non-energetic parts and components is required to perform inspections.

Job Summary:
The Office Leader is responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice. This role requires strong leadership, sales ability, organizational, and financial management skills. He/She will play a critical role in ensuring the office runs efficiently, optimizing patient experience, and achieving practice goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
Help patients understand the value of good oral health and recommended dental services
Ensure the Office and Team is providing a positive experience and safe environment to all guests and patients in the office
Address any patient concerns or complaints and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
Monitor patient feedback and implement necessary improvements.
Financial Management:
Manage the practice's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and monitor the office budget, track expenses, and analyze financial reports.
Oversee patient AR, collections and ensure accurate billing procedures.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard practice assets.
Conduct regular financial reviews with the dentist(s) and management team.
Operational Management:
Ensure efficient daily operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and phone management.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and patient flow.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Supervise and support office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as needed.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to grow the practice and increase revenue.
Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Goldfish Product Manager, this position will lead all phases of the processing lines for Goldfish production on the night owl shift. The night owl Goldfish Lead will be responsible for leadership, team development (utilizing the Campbell Leadership Model) and in achieving results for: safety performance, schedule attainment, conformance to specifications, direct labor, process yield, and meeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments. Also ensures that all food safety and quality requirements are met, including site standards, company policies and regulations. In addition, the night owl Processing Lead is responsible for identifying and leading project driven improvement teams utilizing continuous improvement tools - DOE (design of experiments), Focused Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma and A3/RCA as they relate to Goldfish production improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
25% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent leading activities to improve the Safety, Reliability, Cost, and Quality of the Goldfish production lines. These improvements will come from leadership and participation of continuous improvement and lean projects.
25% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent demonstrating leadership consistent with the Campbell Leadership Model and behaviors by promoting participative, open communication with team members and maintaining positive employment relations on the shift through fair, consistent interpretation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, as well as prompt resolution of associated issues.
20% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent taking necessary action to meet schedule attainment, direct labor, and process yield budgetary commitments. This includes, but is not limited to, Operational Rounds and leading Daily Direction Setting meetings.
15% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent ensuring strict adherence to OSHA and company safety policies and Production reporting including SAP confirmation, QA documentation, and Job Code reporting.
10% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent directing scheduling, training, and daily work processes of 20 to 30 hourly production employees.
5% of the Cracker Lead's time will be spent on Individual Development activities.
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE
B.A./B.S. in Business, Food Science or related field is preferred.
1 to 3 years previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with various disciplines of continuous improvement including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, etc. is preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
Computer Skills
knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping software, SAP software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint processing software.
Mathematical Skills

Requirements
Perform painting and blasting on industrial steel structures such as tanks and other structural items
Paint and blast estimating
Ordering paint/blasting materials
Maintain painting, blasting, and inspection equipment
Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, aerial lifts, etc.
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of employees to ensure efficient production operations
Train, mentor, and motivate paint and blast staff to achieve performance goals
Ensure safety regulations and promote a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial painter/blaster
Thorough knowledge of use with Epoxy and Urethane industrial Coatings
