Overview

The Global Banking Technology team is part of the Global Technology organization. The primary focus of the Global Banking Technology PMO team is to provide portfolio management, portfolio tool support and reporting for Global Banking Technology programs and projects. The Global Banking Technology PMO Consultant will provide tool support, data analytics, oversight of initiative program and project management and reporting for all GBT programs and projects. Will assist in the resolution of data quality issues related to GBT programs and projects. Candidate should have a working familiarity of PPRT, CECE, JIRA, and AgileView, possess strong analytical and tool support skills and be experienced in reporting on multiple types of data. Possess the ability and willingness to work with external teams to resolve tool support issues and drive enhancements needed by GBT. Experience with EAC/ECM Change and Project Management tools and processes. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Must have a great working attitude, be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced environment. Must be helpful and able to effectively communicate with managers, peers and partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes. Must have strict attention to detail and dedication to a flawless work product.
