**Job Description**
+ Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and automony.
+ Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders. These commercial real estate loans include CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. + Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties. May review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements. May assist in the preparation of periodic reporting including investor, internal and regulatory reports. May perform covenant compliance testing. Must maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system. May support the onboarding of new loans and the transition of paid-off or transferred loans. May support tax and insurance administration. May perform collection activities on delinquent accounts. May have funds disbursement authority.

The Senior Independent Risk Director is a pivotal role, responsible for leading PNC's Independent Risk Management's team for the oversight of businesses' implementation of the most critical change initiatives as well as the Company's Change Methodology Framework. Key Responsibilities:
* Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages to potential customers, ensuring a high level of happiness and engagement.
* Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets: Set ambitious goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

* Follow up with leads: Strictly follow up with potential clients and leads to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry.
* Outstanding communication abilities: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with guests and team members.
* Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality: A can-do attitude and the ability to encourage guests and colleagues alike.
* Ability to work flexible hours: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of our guests.
* Proficient in relevant software: Basic proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
* High school diploma or equivalent experience: Demonstrating the necessary foundational skills for success.
