As a Merchant Services Sales Enablement Lead within PNC's Merchant Services organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint. The Merchant Services Sales Enablement Lead must have a strong background in merchant services, with hands-on experience supporting sales teams. This role requires analytical skills to identify opportunities, optimize sales performance and drive impactful initiatives. Candidates should also have experience delivering training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate familiarity with the merchant services ecosystem, including payment processors, acquirers, POS systems, pricing models, and small business payment needs. - Use insights and feedback to refine sales processes, identify gaps, and implement strategies that enhance performance and efficiency. - Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to help sales teams improve performance and achieve business objectives. - Build compelling PowerPoint presentations, playbooks, and training materials that support sales initiatives and drive adoption of best practices. - Work closely with partners and internal teams to create clear, effective sales tools and resources that align with organizational goals. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
